If people started doing stuff like banning things because the author is saying things that other people don't like, we'd never buy a Ford. It's time people learned to be able to distinguish between the product and the producer. Beethoven's music was banned in Allied countries during WW1 just because Beethoven was German. On the other hand, there was no such ridiculous stupidity in WW2. Beethoven's 5th was even used by the British BBC as a theme during that war. And 'Lili Marlene' was enjoyed by the soldiers of both sides. If I was Rowling and bloody-minded about all the bullshit over quidditch, I'd use a 'cease and desist' order because of copyright infraction.
