I realise how cynical this sounds, but I'm certain your Isaac would agree. Agencies (and Isaacs) have a place. They are useful for large orgs where certain expectations and business/operating aesthetics are demanded. Agency workflows and billables have evolved specifically for this climate of largesse. Buyer beware.
