And of course they have their GitHub issues closed, because they’re a support company.
Emailing them gets an automated reply that you can only email them via your account holder’s email. Then when you do that you’re a dev playing telephone with another dev via a support agent.

Until they discover that they can save on cost by shuttering the API itself of course. It's an LBO by a private-equity firm, if you're a zendesk customer prepare your migration, it's all downhill from there.
