Downloading as a PDF and viewing on a big modern tablet is a really enjoyable experience! Years ago PDFs just seemed to take too long to render each page, but now it's like flipping through an actual magazine. Probably been this way for a while, but I only really noticed today.

- PaulHoule 4y agoI've been reading PDFs on a tablet since I got a Barnes and Noble Nook a long time ago. It works pretty well on an Amazon Fire Tablet, never mind an iPad. It's enough I can take a whole library with me on the bus. It's no wonder that the library at my Uni is a shadow of what it used to be since there is limited interest in physical books.
