I haven't had to do a chargeback, but it's the only reason I have a credit card. Visa just flushed all their value, in my eyes, down the toilet. Reward programs and fancy priority lines don't mean squat if I can't leverage the power of my creditor when fighting fraud or unfair transactions. On the other hand, my Discover card has been my go to for as long as I've had a card.
