That’s not the way it works, globally.
- BrandoElFollito 4y agoGlobally it is. I am a customer of a bank and VISA is not say all in the picture (from my perspective) when I have a claim. How the bank deals with that vs VISA is not my problem, not are any VISA regulations, fees, whatever.
