GitLab doesn't charge based on the location of their customers.
- motoxpro 4y agoNever thought about this, but man, very much this.
- comprev 4y agoIt hits pretty hard when you think about it. The "product distribution" cost is the same worldwide on the internet, vs a physical good like a soft drinks can.
- comprev 4y agoGitlab ideally wants clients in Silicon Valley but staff in Lahore.
- rad_gruchalski 4y agoFor GitLab it doesn’t matter where their client resides because they don’t charge based on location. A client in Lahore pays the same as a client in Silicon Valley.
