I recently launched an app to rent in NYC without paying silly broker fees. Just find a listing, apply, we validate your financials, create the contract and send the lead to the lanlord/property manager.

- uberman 4y agoYou want me to provide your random herokuapp app with my financial information to "validate"? What user is going to be willing to do that? You create the contract? What landlord is going to accept that?

New York's real estate laws have teeth, and they enable significant private enforcement. Best luck--this market needs disruption.
