How do you gain stakeholder trust so they stop breathing down your neck and pushing for arbitrary deadlines?
- PaulHoule 4y agoSuccessful execution. One way of dealing with deadlines is fine-grained planning in the short term. You might not be able to plan 5 months in advance but if you can plan the next 5 days you can demonstrate competence in planning.
