‘Stray’ – the videogame where you play as a cat – is breaking the internet
- peanut_worm 4y agoIs this an advertisement?
- jerryjerryjerry 4y agoI'm not sure, just read this and thought interesting...
- jfengel 4y agoNah. It's reporting about a new thing that is already selling well. That's kind of the job of MarketWatch -- they are watching the market. If you're not a gamer it probably doesn't matter to you. Though I can say I'm not a gamer either, and watching a friend play it I thought it was charming. It's a puzzle game, but with very high end graphics and an engaging storyline.
- randomcarbloke 4y agoI was excited but it looks like a walking simulator where you push forward, intermitently you are prompted to press a button.
- jfengel 4y agoIt's a lot of walking simulation with puzzles. It opens with a tutorial so it's even less challenging at the beginning. I didn't see any puzzles that looked at all challenging, but I've only watched a little bit of it. It's definitely counting on its storyline and atmospherics for appeal.
