It kinda seems like they are lamenting that THEY THEMSELVES "do not want to work anymore" on some kind of work, try to hire someone to do the work THEY THEMSELVES don't want to do, and then they go around slandering other people that never wanted to work on it in the first place. It isn't that others don't want to work ANYMORE it is that others never wanted to work on it AT ALL. That's a different problem. Maybe people saying this just need to be honest about it? Try saying "I DON'T WANT TO WORK ANYMORE on this shitty work, but how about you give it a try?" See what happens?
