Seems simple to kill this broken DMCA system as it is currently implemented…? Let’s say you create a program that people all around the world can run that uses random t0r exit nodes to submit GPT-3 filled DMCA take-down form submissions programmatically and varies it in a way that it can’t be profiled by anomaly detection systems related to submission characteristics, etc. Thoughts? Or how would you hypothetically improve the design of this theoretical thought-experiment?
