Well written - I’m also a former stripe although a far more cursory one, and I quite often miss my former team. I’ve tried very hard to keep my current company from becoming a “lgtm” company — but my god do you need a lot of resources to pay enough engineers to do anything other than “lgtm”. If I could have raised 1/5th as much for my startup as the impact I’ve had at large corporations, I’d probably be able to pull it off. Alas.
