The teams I had worked with since ‘16 had not had that tension. I think it is because there is a shared common ground of getting to product fit and developing a great product together. I see the developers respecting and valuing what the product team brings to the table, and the product team respecting and valuing what the developers bring to the table. It helps that there’s a strong mission, a worthwhile product, and that attracts people who want to contribute to society in that way.
