Interesting idea, but I think the site should probably have a fairly prominent legal section to explain the UK Right to Rent scheme and how it applies to the protected characteristics defined in Equality Act 2010. Otherwise landlords (which is really anyone renting out a space they own) could be putting themselves in legal jeopardy by using this site.
