Nobody is saying they are incapable. I am incapable of running a nuclear power plant, or a modern pharmaceutical lab, even if you give me the manuals. I imagine you are too. Qualifying either of us to do those things would take years of education in the basics of both of those fields. That doesn't make us stupid or incompetent or backwards. It just means that we haven't had to learn those particular things. Simple question: Have you ever seen an example of what you're describing work? If so, where?
