A comment on HN is not "expresly provided in these Terms of Use" and don't think would constitute "express prior written permission." If you want to let people use it in their streams you might want to update the language there.

- postalrat 4y agoAre copyrights valid for generated music/images/whatever? I remember reading a book a while back that presented the idea of computer generated patents to ensure you own every aspect of an idea. Seems a little nuts that someone could create a program to generate nearly infinite output then claim a copyright on all of it.
