- printscreen 4y agoYou might be right. It's based off a polyryhthmic style I found on Youtube. Perhaps I should just call them 'Polyrhythms' - I don't intend to make any medical claims.
- EForEndeavour 4y agoPlausible deniability: Audio Delivery in High Definition. Besides, does it count as a medical claim if certain content metadata tags happen to coincide with medical acronyms? I'm not a regulatory official, but this seems like a grey area _at worst._ no diagnosis is being made or even implied.
- SteveDR 4y agoIt could just be music that appeals to people with ADHD. Pretty sure that’s not against any rules
- Gordonjcp 4y ago> This sounds like a medical claim that you should not be making. You're going to have to explain that one.
- jimmydddd 4y agoFWIW, while I understand your concern, I've seen a bunch of ambient sites that list this genre as ADHD. It does seem to help me. And I don't think anyone would reasonably consider a music category to be "medical advice?"
- peterfield 4y agoI work in medical device regulations. The way ADHD appeared is clearly not a claim, and there is not regulatory concern of any sort here in any jurisdiction I could think of. That said - regardless of regulations, you don't want to confuse your users, so better leave this acronym out indeed.
