Guys, one of they key points seems to be too that all blue zones will have great weather and a lot of sun. There is another study which shows that more people die in the winter. - gpderetta 4y agoAs a Sardinian living in London, it is actually not too bad. Winter in the Sardinian coast can be very very mild, but it is a large island and inland, in the mountains it can snow for weeks in the winter and be much colder than London.
