That's a no brainee - that woman.
By that she can destroy the life of an other person, while she do not need to fear to get any disadvantage from doing so by herself.
Can she guarantee that this won't affect his job or land lord's thinking? Can she guarantee the life of this guy won't be threatened by some crazy feminists or even worser?
NO! but I can guarantee she won't post videos like that anymore. Stupid woman
- metadat 4y agoBut what about the cases where guys (or gals) prey on women (or men) through the dating apps and lie to them to extract sex, money, or whatever else? It seems like a tough situation no matter what. On the one hand you have true victims, and on the other end you have manipulative abusers like Amber Heard. Sorting out truth from fiction has become impossible in many cases.
- theGeatZhopa 4y agoOf course there's a fine gradient. But, still. No personal information about some individuals should be spread by individuals. That's the duty of the state and laws and prosecution. If you're a predator, the society should be warned about that. On the other side, the disclosure destroy an individual's life completely and even more than that. You won't even give that one human being any more chance for a change and a fresh start. It's like life time prison - you can't live or move freely anymore. It's the case in the US and that is more than archaic - people can change, that isn't taken into account at all. And.. I'm talking about severe criminal doings. What we have here is "you lie to me. I destroy your social life" Punishment, whatever flavor it might be, should be based on laws (consensus), judicial decisions and prosecution ONLY by the state/police. All other, open up doors to defamation out of resentments or things like "he don't like me".. So.. anyone could be a victim. The cases you mention. You report that one to state authorities. They check the laws. If there is a problem, they'll handle. One possible punishment could be to prohibit that one to use social media/apps. Comparable to the prohibition to be somewhere within 500m near to a kindergarten for sexual predators. .. self justice should be punished, too.
