For those of us who don't live in those markets, how does this $2.99 compare with a new subscription? Like I get people will pay $2.99 extra for additional home

For those of us who don't live in those markets, how does this $2.99 compare with a new subscription? Like I get people will pay $2.99 extra for additional homes, but how much cheaper (if at all) is this compared to me getting a new plan? What will this look like when this model inevitably comes to other markets? I'm guessing subscriptions in Argentina is vastly cheaper than say the UK or US.
