I think the reference to Elton John and Bieber is more a dig at the quality of Bieber's music, not anyone's (actual or perceived)sexual orientation, and that it's inclusion on the same CD is tainting Elton John's legacy. So if anything he respects and likes the famously gay person, so wouldn't characterize that as homophobic. Won't speak to the anal sex reference because I haven't read the whole thing yet.
