DDoSes and exploits in the TCP/IP stack, whoa... This brings back memories of Winnuke (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WinNuke http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WinNuke), Teardrop and follow-ups, when it was easy to crash any windows computer with just the IP.
