Having seen so many SAAS turn the screws on their customers over the years with absurd price hikes it's refreshing to see such a reasonable one.
ZenDesk's 300% hike still stings over a decade later.
- brianwawok 4y agozendesk sure cost a lot of money for an app that if I submit a support ticket (using zendesk of course) it takes 3-4 days to be told to restart my computer. (Nope, not it, guess again).
