I assume he's already analyzed the spam data, hence his walking away from the deal. IMHO he's not buying twitter but is going to pay more than 1B in penalty.

- metadat 4y agoThere is no walk-away-for-$1B clause, he's on the hook to complete the deal he agreed to. Interesting how he claims to need more time to analyze the data while today he is literally sitting on a superyacht relaxing. If there were real urgency and time constraints to analyze information, I imagine he'd be busy getting to it.
