So, you're welcome.
- spacedcowboy 4y agoI disagree that there is not going to be violence over the most recent SC decision. There are now places where women are going to die as a result. Those places are generally the 'red' states where lots of people have lots of guns. Guns and insufferable grief are not a great mix.
- lostlogin 4y agoThe US is a ‘healthy, functioning democracy?’ It’s currently debating whether there was a coup attempt.
- spacedcowboy 4y agoTechnically the US is a "flawed democracy" [1] and if the SC go ahead as expected with their 'states rights' crusade [2], then it's going to possibly lose the 'democracy' part of that... - claytongulick 4y ago> The US is a ‘healthy, functioning democracy?’ It sure is! Democracies are messy, and at times rambunctious. Our Republic is healthy. We continue to have peaceful transfer of power. We continue to follow the rule of law. One of the signs of a healthy democracy is heated political debate. It's when there's silence that you know something is very wrong.
