That's not broken out by race or gender, only by age. Below 35 deaths are underrepresented. When you hit 35+ the inner bar (percentage of deaths) becomes a larger part of the outer bar (percentage of total population), by 50 it's nearly equal, and for 60+ deaths are overrepresented.
