As the sibling comment noted I meant an SDS. I hang pictures on walls with a kit gun and fast drying kit usually. You can buy kit (or glue) that could easily hold your bodyweight if applied to an area the size of your palm. Of courses you're gluing it to the paint, but that's usually strongly bonded. I'd drill into brick to put a structural anchor in, but not to hang a picture.
