Not much substance here - the article tries to draw big conclusions but doesn't do so concretely at all.
The only concrete thing in the article is the 900 refusals to stop since Jan 2022. But even that is missing context. What is a "normal" amount?

- whateveracct 4y agoYou have to count each case of someone trying to evade the police when pulled over as an instance. I could see it being in the 100s as well.
