- mrfox321 4y agoWhat part of quantum computing is pseudoscience? That one is still invokes the scientific method.
- _6hcc 4y agoAre you sure about that? Nobody actually built a quantum computer. That means it could all be some kind of intellectual pipe-dream that comes crashing down when someone physically builds one, or maybe a quantum computer is an inherently impossible device that just LOOKS LIKE it might be possible and these assholes are just naval-gazing at an Escher painting.
- m0llusk 4y agoJust a bunch of fun math. Maxwell's equations can be derived from damn near anything, which is cool.
- bobbylarrybobby 4y agoQuantum computing is not pseudoscience, it has just proved difficult to make practical (so far). The principles are sound. Machine learning,,, I don't even know what to say about this
- _6hcc 4y agoMachine learning is just statistics but without anything that makes statistics scientific.
