There is a clear trend where companies want to abuse workers and want to them to not complain about it, and if they complain, they are fired. Companies are using the fear of being fired to silence workers about their abuses, and I think it is working better then expected. Look here how many people think companies are right when they fire workers that complain about abuses, and not only that, but how many people here think it's ok for companies to abuse workers.
