Why not just send the info to the phone? You know / the device I had to scan to start this whole thing? The big screen seems superfluous given the personalization capabilities of the cellphone including helping you navigate after you’ve walked away from the display.
- mynameisvlad 4y agoYou can also scan a paper boarding pass. Whether from a kiosk or printed out. Not everyone uses mobile boarding passes. Some airports also don't have good (or any, although that's increasingly rarer) free wifi and not everyone has roaming. Some people don't have smart phones at all.
