- phpisthebest 4y agoNo, there are several company the market these intrusive "productivity" monitoring solutions that monitor employee's actively, some even claim to be able use eye tracking to see when an employee looks away from the screen let alone walk away... They monitor everything about the system, it is very very creepy.
