How easy is it for a prefab to be a passive house?
- hgomersall 4y agoMuch easier. I assume the GP means something like SIPs, which are machined, insulated panels which fit together super tightly, with precise holes for windows etc. Typically, once the groundwork is done, they can be easily assembled in a few days. They then make then look like normal houses with a suitable external facade.
