How could they diversify with organic farming if there was not enough demand for organic tea in the world? I mean, they could diversify by not growing food at all and have some entirely different business like IT services, high-tech manufacturing or something like that (probably impossible in short-term anyway) but it doesn't change anything because someone somewhere needs to grow food to feed all 8+ billion people on this planet. It simply cannot be done by organic farming methods that are known to the humanity at this time.
