Wild boars in the city? Really?
- ishi 4y agoWe have this problem in Haifa, Israel too. The city borders on natural woodland, and the boars go into the neighborhoods looking for food in the trash.
- prox 4y agoIs it safe? Boars seem incredibly aggressive afaik.

- prox 4y agoIncredible to see wild animals in such large numbers roaming streets. I mean they probably are omnivores like us.
- giuliomagnifico 4y agoYes, indeed they’re coming in the city because of the uncollected garbage. They’re searching food inside. One problem that points to another… Rome is beautiful but very complicated!
- hef19898 4y agoBerlin proper has one of the highest density boar populatipns in Germany, including woodlands. As have other urban areas. Fun fact, hunters in those regions have the legal obligation to use silencers. Those are practically illegal in Germany otherwise.
- prox 4y agoWow, one of things you never learn about.
