The FCC doesn't have the power to do this, and these are likely unconstitutional.
- sofixa 4y ago> these are likely unconstitutional. If these are considered to be the correct way forward, the constitution needs to be amended then. When it was written Internet didn't really exist, so it would make sense there aren't many provisions covering it.
- prirun 4y agoIsn't it the government's job to promote competition and regulate / prevent monopolies and oligopolies?
