My argument is against the effects of the slippery slope here. What if individuals ask for Thursday wfh? What if they ask to wfh the whole week? Their output should still be the same and perhaps better. I also manage a team of full of remote individuals, 20+. I cannot say that this team performs better or worse than the team I used to manage at an office before the pandemic.
