Hey this is my job! You don’t necessarily want to focus on an idea but instead get obsessed with a problem to solve. You want to spend some time validating the problem and interviewing customers with this problem. Only then do you start ideating on ways to solve the problem for users. I have a big list of ideas too but I’m not entirely sure they all solve a valid problem. I’m nervous about spending a lot of time on something that’s cool but not sellable
