- eli 4y agoThis makes it sound like the judge is an outlier. The situation doesn't come up very often. Most people who sign binding agreements to buy something intend to buy it. The face that she previously dealt with it is funny though.
- jmalicki 4y agoI mean it's not completely random, this is exactly the kind of thing the Delaware chancery court exists to deal with... almost all of their docket is high-stakes shareholder stuff.
