The best language I have found when encouraging responsible use of computer systems at work is to say "do remember, it's not your computer, so don't use it for anything you wouldn't want seen by others.", and this has had the desired effect of turning people who previously saw nothing wrong with keeping pics on their work account into careful users. Humans involved -- YMMV.
