Former Google admin warns workers about work accounts
- gjvc 4y agoThe best language I have found when encouraging responsible use of computer systems at work is to say "do remember, it's not your computer, so don't use it for anything you wouldn't want seen by others.", and this has had the desired effect of turning people who previously saw nothing wrong with keeping pics on their work account into careful users. Humans involved -- YMMV.
- Grazester 4y agoHow is this even news? It is not your account, it is the company's account that they setup for you to use. It is no different than if the company hosted its own internal email and SharePoint account for you to use. At the end of the day they have access to it all, the only difference it that it is hosted by Google.
