Domain Name Registrars should create mechanism for removing infringing domains
- ajsnigrutin 4y agoI don't think this should be handled by the registrars, but by actual courts. But even then it sometimes fails: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/4348585.stm http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/4348585.stm Brand name in one market can be a common first/last name in other country.
