Community servers are still there. I can still pretty much always find a full server on whatever map I feel like playing on at the time.
- bob1029 4y agoThis has been my experience as well. I don’t even mind their matchmaking thing if I’m feeling lazy and want to wind up in a particular vanilla map set without thinking too hard. The custom maps and community servers are as strong as ever, IMO. Check out the player statistics on steam.
- gs17 4y ago> Check out the player statistics on steam. Those are very misleading. The teamwork.tf stats show a lot fewer players (still a decent number) actually playing on servers, and you can verify those by adding up the player counts on servers manually.
