Ask HN: Create GitHub Issue Right from Slack/Discord/MS Teams/etc.?

I've been looking for such a tool for a few months now. I'd like to be able to select a Slack message, for example, and create a GitHub issue out of it. This would automate a lot of boring work for me and my team. I'm at the point of writing it myself but rather would use someone else's service. Do you happen to know a tool like this?
