Good journalists are typically very reluctant to publish unattributed quotes - they often look for a compelling reason to let someone speak anonymously and, if they find one, they explain that reason to their readers. Heck, even most bad journalists (e.g. from biased publications) at least attribute their quotes. This article is filled with quotes that have no source and therefore no credibility.
