- analyst74 4y agoToronto builds ~3x new units per capita every year compared to NY, let's hope they don't slow down.
- godelmachine 4y agoYep, new projects are fast upcoming in GTA's as well and newcomer immigrants prefer buying their own homes within 5 years of arrival. In Toronto they lease their basements too which is not seen much in NYC.
