This is all well and good, but in the closing you forgot the part where that action would cause the Chinese economy to collapse entirely.

- arroz 4y agoHK was a city in China. Taiwan is a country. They are not gonna have the same fate without a huge fight.
- thriftwy 4y agoBzzt! Wrong! HK is a city of British Empire, and Taiwan is a province of China (which is contested neither by CCP nor Kuomintang). Both HK and Taiwan had nativist movement, I think. But, many regions do. California has one. So does Texas.
