Examsoft sucks. They are a horrible pain to deal with, they are entrenched in their market, and they have no fear of imposing ridiculous requirements on their users (e.g. bar exam takers) because their users aren't their customers. Their customers are the jurisdictions that administer the bar. So yeah. I agree it sucks but there is not much to do about it as an exam taker.
