Portland has a divisive relationship with water fluoridation
- wrp 4y agoWater fluoridation was always controversial in Oregon, and I don't know how many municipalities do it. Many years ago, I heard from dentists in western Oregon that they could easily see differences in enamel quality of patients who did/didn't grow up there.
